Policies

I have established the following Cancellation & No Show Policy to ensure mutual respect of both your time and my own. A credit card is required on file to confirm your appointment, I will reach out to collect this information.

When you book your appointment, the time is reserved for your pet(s). Each pet has individual needs that require different services and time frames. I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. I understand that schedule changes may sometimes be necessary. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that all clients:

 

CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

 

This will provide the opportunity to reschedule another client.

Cancellations and Reschedules that occur on the day of an appointment (or less than 24 hours notice) will be charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled.

Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a No-Show fee which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services.

All clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their pets appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged a fee of 50%. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes after the groom is completed.

Cancellation and No-Show fees are to be paid at the time of the missed appointment or prior to booking your pets next appointment.

Courtesy texts are sent out prior to your pets appointment however it is your responsibility as the pet owner to keep track of the appointment.
