Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, the time is reserved for your pet(s). Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that all clients PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE. This will provide the opportunity to reschedule another client. Cancellations and Reschedules that occur on the day of an appointment (or less than 24 hours notice) will be charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a No-Show fee which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services. All clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their pets appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged a fee of 50% . Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation and No-Show fees are to be paid at the time of the missed appointment or prior to booking your pets next appointment. I have read and understand the above Cancellation and No-Show Policy and agree to abide by the above conditions. I agree to pay any and all Cancellation Fees I may incur.
